Sud Sud

we are Sud Sud a design studio of two based in Lisbon, Portugal, dedicated to books and printing.

What we do

We Print

Sud Sud was born from a love for printing. We always make sure to incorporate some form of slow printing into our projects. We specialise in fine art editions in silkscreen and printmaking.

We Bind

We specialise in the hand binding of artist books, small editions, photography portfolios and bespoke projects. Our meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail ensure that each piece is a work of art in itself. Whether you are looking to preserve precious memories or create a unique collection, our dedication to quality and artistry shines through in every project we undertake.

We design

We specialise in book design, but we also excel in various aspects of editorial design. What sets us apart as designers is our "hands-on approach," blending our expertise in printing and binding with a detail-oriented, innovation-focused methodology.

We collab

The first publication edited by Sud Sud was our magazine “A Thousand Words” , where we aimed to create a platform for sharing photography. This project has provided us with the opportunity to connect and collaborate with amazing artists each new edition. The magazine, along with our future projects, is continuously open for submissions to anyone interested in collaborating with us.
