A Thousand Words nº1

The first number of A Thousand Worlds is an 8-page photography magazine in an uncomfortable format. Throughout its editions, the project aims to create a common space for sharing and contemplating the printed image. It is a photography and photography only magazine, where the emphasis is given to the image and not to the word. Thus, we suppress all comments, captions or any type of text about the authors or work. It intends to be a magazine both global and regional, without borders, decentralised, where authors from different contexts can express and present their work. Photographers who, for one reason or another, don't fit into the conventional platforms and media, or who want to experiment our format of edition.
